This course examines the preamble to the principles of jurisprudence. It also discusses the Islamic ruling and the related disciplines and divisions. As it examines the sources of the agreed legislation, namely the Qur'an, Sunnah, consensus and Analogy. Further, it deals with the sources of subordinate legislation, such as: approbation, recalculation, custom, saying of companions, and others. As well as examining the differences of fundamentalists in protesting these sources, and the evidence of each of the fundamentalists.
